Yes. The OnPrem Standard and OnPrem Premium plans allow a full deployment in your own private or cloud infrastructure, with complete control over your data and compliance with your internal policies. This is a preferred option for organizations with strict data residency requirements.
How does the pricing work?
Each module is priced independently. The State Files & Key Value module is billed by API request volume. The Licenses module is billed per managed employee. The Tokens & SSL/TLS module is billed per managed certificate and per active token. In OnPrem mode, the base license is paid only once regardless of the number of modules adopted.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. A free trial plan is available for the State Files & Key Value module (100 requests per month) and the Tokens & SSL/TLS module (2 certificates + 5 tokens). No time limit. Ideal for exploring the platform before choosing a paid plan.
Is support available in French?
Absolutely. Our team is based in Quebec and provides support in both French and English. All plans include integration support. OnPrem plans also include dedicated support and, for the Premium tier, priority support with a guaranteed SLA.
